At Jennifer Pilates Wellness Studio's, begin or deepen your practice of Pilates under the careful guidance of Jennifer Blaine and her staff. With over 12 years of experience and training at the internationally renown Pilates Center of Boulder, Colorado, Jennifer blends her personal passion for Pilates and movement therapy with finely honed technique. Her clientele ranges from professional athletes to professional actors and dancers.

Increase strength, flexibility, and control of your body through the practice of Pilates. Valuing concentration, control, and centering breath, Pilates develops the mind’s control of the body through precise yet flowing movements. Long used by dancers, including the famous Eve Gentry and Martha Graham, Pilates has seen widespread adoption, from injury rehabilitation to professional athletes.

In personalized one-on-one sessions, train the body and mind to work together toward the goal of overall fitness. Or strengthen your core and sculpt your physique with the studio's Power Pilates Classes. Whether you are in top shape or recovering from serious physical injury, receive individualized attention and patient, careful teaching to achieve both your physical and mental fitness goals.

Our instructors make it a point to meet and evaluate new clients so that the best approach for a healthy and safe exercise program may be obtainted. It's important that each client receives the individual attention and care that they require to maximize their exercise time. Private Sessions

Duet Sessions
A private session with two clients, duets are a cost effective way to get a personalized workout! Grab a friend, colleague or partner and start your Pilates Program today! This workout combines the Pilates equipment & mat work. This combination strengthens, tightens, tones and stretches for one of the best workouts ever! Prerequisites: Healthy individuals who had at least 1-2 private session. This session is not for those with injuries. *2 clients only*

Power Pilates Class
Master Pilates Instructor Jennifer Blaine leads this fat burning, muscle sculpting Pilates workout! Through Classical Pilates mat exercises, you will tone, sculpt and strengthen the "Powerhouse Pilates Core" just like the celebrities!  this combination strengthens, tightens, tones and stretches for one of the best workouts ever! This class is not for those with injuries!

Golf and Tennis Pilates Conditioning Clinics
A combination of Pilates mat and equipment work, Mat work and props for essential home work, 1x per week for 4 weeks, 8-10 participants *Call or email to arrange your private clinic in the studio or on-site*
